MEET MARISSA!

Linguabilities, established in 2014 by speech pathologist Marissa Rocheleau, originated as an in-person company in Chicago. However, recognizing the potential of online education, Marissa redirected the company’s focus toward telepractice for both children and adults across the United States. Her missions is to make these services accessible and of the highest quality for all families.

Marissa earned a Bachelors degree from Indiana University in 2010, double majoring in Psychology and Speech and Hearing Sciences with a minor in Linguistics. She completed her Masters in Speech Pathology from Indiana University in 2012.

Since 2014, Marissa has worked in schools and private practices, specializing in online service delivery and evaluations. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

In her free time, Marissa enjoys spending time with her dogs, Petri, Bunsen, and Early, crafting miniatures, and cheating on crossword puzzles.
